ADMISSION PROCEDURE

For M. Pharmacy:

Admissions are made in preference of GPAT followed by academic merit in B. Pharmacy (minimum 55%) by University and as per guidelines of Govt. / University.

For B. Pharmacy:

Admissions for 75% seats are made by HSTES as per merit obtained in 10+2 (Science stream) by conducting online counseling, and rest 25% management seats and vacant/ left over seats are filled at Institute level as per guidelines of Govt. / HSTES.

CRITERIA AND WEIGHTAGE FOR ADMISSION

Criterion

For M. Pharmacy: Admissions are made on preference of Ranking in GPAT followed by academic merit in B. Pharmacy (minimum 55%) by University and as per guidelines of Govt. / University.

For B. Pharmacy: Admissions are made on academic merit obtained in 10+2 (Science Stream) by HSTES.

For D. Pharmacy: Admissions are made on the basis of merit of 10+2 (Science Stream) and as per guidelines of the HSTES.

Minimum Level of Acceptance:

For D. Pharmacy: Pass in 10+2 (Science) with atleast 35% marks

For B. Pharmacy: Pass in 10+2 (Science) with atleast 35% marks

For M. Pharmacy: Pass in B. Pharmacy with atleast 55% marks

Cut Of Level for Percentages:

For M. Pharmacy:

In 2019-20 Pass in B. Pharmacy with 62% marks at Institute Level

In 2020-21 Pass in B. Pharmacy with 60% marks at Institute Level

In 2021-22 Pass in B. Pharmacy with 61% marks at Institute Level

For B. Pharmacy:

In 2019-20 Pass in 10+2 (Sci.) with 52 % marks at Institute Level

In 2020-21 Pass in 10+2 (Sci.) with 53 % marks at Institute Level

In 2021-22 Pass in 10+2 (Sci.) with 60% marks at Institute Level

For D. Pharmacy:

In 2019-20 Pass in 10+2 (Sci.) with 63 % marks at Institute Level

In 2020-21 Pass in 10+2 (Sci.) with 70 % marks at Institute Level

In 2021-22 Pass in 10+2 (Sci.) with 70 % marks at Institute Level

List of received applications is displayed on College Notice Board during the scheduled admission process.

RESULTS OF ADMISSION UNDER MANAGEMENT SEATS/VACANT SEATS:

Composition of Selection Team: Mrs. Upasna Kaushik (Assistant Prof.) & Mr. Vivek Verma (Assistant Prof.) & Mrs. Roopal Mittal (Assistant Prof.).

Score of Individual Candidate: Percentage marks in 10+2 for D. & B. Pharmacy & percentage of marks in B. Pharmacy for M. Pharmacy admission.

List of admitted Candidates: Only 25% seats in D. Pharmacy & B. Pharmacy vacant/Left over seats are filed at Institute level as per guidelines of HSTES & is uploaded on the HSTES web portal.

Waiting List of Candidates: Waiting List of Candidates is displayed on the College Notice Board during the admission schedule.

Joining of Candidates: During scheduled admission process, joining date is displayed on the College Notice Board.
